Voilà

Terms of Use

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Igor Leandro Chagas ("we"), the developer of Voilà, for using the Voilà app and its service. By creating an account or using Voilà you accept them. If you don't, please don't use Voilà.

1. The service

Voilà keeps a digital closet of your clothes, suggests outfits for the weather and your plans, and helps you pack for trips. Outfit suggestions, weather and packing lists are help, not guarantees: the weather can change and what you wear is your choice.

2. Your account

3. Free and Premium

4. Fair use of "unlimited"

Premium is meant for one person's own wardrobe. To keep the service working for everyone, each account can add up to 100 new pieces a day and keep up to 2,000 pieces. If you need more, write to us.

5. If Premium ends

Your pieces are never deleted just because a subscription ends. For one year after Premium ends you keep everything and can still see it; you can add new pieces again once you are under 20 or resubscribe. After one year, pieces beyond the first 20 are deleted, after warning emails 30 and 7 days before. Subscribing again before then keeps them all.

6. Your content

7. Voilà itself

Voilà, its design, code, illustrations and sample clothes belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as these terms and Apple's Usage Rules allow. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell it, except where the law allows.

8. Changes and availability

We improve Voilà over time and may change or stop features. We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. If we ever close Voilà, we will tell you at least 60 days ahead so you can export your data, and stop selling new subscriptions.

9. Warranties and liability

Voilà is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will meet every need or be free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Voilà in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer where you live.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live in another country, its mandatory consumer protection laws still apply to you, and you can bring a claim in your own courts. Before going to court, please write to us; most problems can be solved by email.

11. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. For important changes we will tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can stop using Voilà and delete your account.

12. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Voilà or its content. In particular:
